Jonathan Kagan Appointed to City of Annapolis Ethics Commission

Jonathan Kagan, a Partner with Baldwin, Kagan & Gormley, has been appointed as a member of the City of Annapolis Ethics Commission. He will serve a three year term that is renewable at the discretion of the Mayor of Annapolis.

The Ethics Commission is composed of five members, appointed by the Mayor, and confirmed by a majority vote of the City Council. The purpose of the Commission is to enforce financial disclosure requirements, conduct information programs, disseminate ethical requirements, investigate conflict of interest violations, issue advisory opinions and to maintain certain reports and statements relating to enforcement of the City of Annapolis Code of Ethics.
